Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton West Kelowna. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Sweep, mop, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced hotel environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
