Personal Insurance Executive

As a Personal Insurance Executive, you'll be part of our Personal Lines division, providing expert advice and solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs.
What You'll Bring to the Team- A Level 2 General Insurance License
- At least 3 years of experience as a PL producer or account manager
- Experience in high-value home, hobby farm, and home-based commercial exposures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A problem-solving mindset, offering unique solutions to clients
- A results-driven approach, with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals
- A sense of urgency to serve clients' needs
- Claims advocacy skills
- A passion for building new business relationships and establishing referrals
- A willingness to seek out leads through other business lines
The compensation for this position is a variable structure, consisting of a base salary plus commission. The expected base salary is $55,000 to $75,000, with commissions paid based on successful sales performance. HUB International offers comprehensive benefits and total compensation packages, including extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses.
