We invite you to join us as a Global Sales Manager-BVL Wholesale at Bank & Vogue Ltd., becoming part of a vibrant team guided by the Vice President of Sales & Operations. In this position, you will oversee a team of Sales & Purchasing Account Managers, managing negotiations and logistics for wholesale products.

  • Lead a team of Sales & Purchasing Account Managers (10+) to facilitate wholesale transactions
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Training and Support Manager to drive business growth
  • Support the onboarding of new accounts and nurture existing relationships
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching for growth opportunities
  • Work closely with finance and accounting for Accounts Receivable collection
  • Develop measurable sales and purchasing strategies
  • Analyze sales and purchasing performance against objectives

Requirements:

  • Preferably a Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration
  • Experience in building and leading successful sales teams
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish fluency is advantageous
