At India Bazaar, we are seeking a highly skilled Stock Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our supermarket/grocery store operations, you will be responsible for supervising staff, authorizing returns, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters. Your expertise in inventory management and customer service will be essential in resolving issues and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of grocery clerks and shelf stockers
* Authorize returns of merchandise
* Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
* Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
* Organize and maintain inventory
* Manage cash and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
* Consult with suppliers to optimize inventory and reduce waste

**Requirements:**

* 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* High school diploma or equivalent
* English language proficiency
