As a key member of our supermarket/grocery store operations, you will be responsible for supervising staff, authorizing returns, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of grocery clerks and shelf stockers
* Authorize returns of merchandise
* Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
* Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
* Organize and maintain inventory
* Manage cash and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
* Consult with suppliers to optimize inventory and reduce waste

**Requirements:**

* 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* High school diploma or equivalent
* English language proficiency
