Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Lin Haw International Co., Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services
  • Assess requirements of an establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased
  • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased
  • Consult with suppliers
  • Review quotations
  • Determine contract terms and conditions
  • Establish delivery schedules
  • Monitor progress of delivery schedules
  • Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Provide customer service
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
