We are a leading construction company specializing in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs. We are seeking a skilled Framer Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

The Framer Assistant will assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have a basic understanding of construction principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction

Requirements

  • Basic English language skills
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • No experience required, on-the-job training provided
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions

Work Environment

The Framer Assistant will work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. The work site environment will be dusty, and the candidate must be able to work in a variety of locations.
