Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 2506701 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operations Management: Monitor and control daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints, and maintain a positive reputation for the restaurant.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of staff. The restaurant is open 30 to 35 hours per week, and the candidate must be willing to relocate.
