Job Title: Commissary Waiter/Waitress

Cedhar Gestion inc is seeking a skilled Commissary Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Reliability and a team player attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Knowledge of electronic cash registers.
Working Conditions:
  • Hot and noisy work environment.
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
Language:
  • English or French.
Work Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week.
