Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
- Coordinate and manage various resident services and programs, enhancing their overall satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain a secure and organized environment by monitoring security systems and guest access.
- Process packages efficiently and communicate delivery information to residents in a timely manner.
- Assist with move-in and move-out procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the surrounding area, providing valuable recommendations to residents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum two years of experience in a customer service role within a residential setting preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
