Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 2506701 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operations Management: Monitor and control daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Performance: Evaluate and improve staff performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high standards are met.
  • Inventory and Budgeting: Manage inventory levels, control costs, and maintain accurate records to ensure the restaurant operates within budget.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, willing to relocate, and ability to work under pressure.
