Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Seniors Wellness, a leading provider of therapy solutions for seniors.
About the Role:
- Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations, including admission assessments, ADL assessments, and specialized seating and positioning assessments.
- Identify and recommend appropriate equipment needs, and consult with local vendors regarding equipment trials and funding applications.
- Provide education and training to clients and families on independence with activities of daily living, wheelchairs, and adaptive aides.
- Monitor and record assessment and treatment interventions in client charts, adhering to guidelines established by the College of Occupational Therapists.
Requirements:
- Registration with the Provincial Association of Occupational Therapists.
- ADP Authorization required.
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
