Cost Management Lead

Pegasus Search & Selection is seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to lead cost management functions on a major project in Quebec, Canada. The ideal candidate will have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will work with a highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate team that fosters a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. Key responsibilities include actively participating in the tender/bid process, overseeing project spend, and supporting the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to build strong relationships with the team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun. Full relocation and onboarding support is available for the right candidate. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for creating valuations and cost reports, clearly communicating variations to the team, and supporting nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication.
