Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Techy Logs Software Inc. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical documentation and resources to identify and implement solutions to customer problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on the effective use of our software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our software applications and technical systems.
  • Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and software applications.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
