About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team at NORTHSTAR CONCRETE LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the concrete finishing process and ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Concrete Finishing Operations
  • Lead and Train a Team of Concrete Finishers
  • Monitor and Control Quality of Finished Work
  • Develop and Implement Process Improvements
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Site Managers
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 3-5 Years of Experience in Concrete Finishing or a Related Field
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Physical Demands of the Job
