Branch Manager

Brandt Tractor Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Nisku Truck & Trailer location. Reporting to the COO - Transportation, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all daily branch activities and driving sales growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of employees to achieve asset management and market share goals.
- Collaborate with the Director of Credit Services to manage branch account receivables and ensure timely payment.
- Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures to drive business growth.
- Other duties as assigned by the COO - Transportation.
