Job Title: Logistics Specialist

Xinpangao International Trade Corp. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Specialist to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling orders, developing plans to prioritize tasks, and organizing warehouse and work areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
  • Revise type and quantity of materials required sent for production, construction and other projects
  • Track and complete work orders
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Organize warehouse and work areas
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units
  • Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required for production, construction and other projects
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

The Logistics Specialist will work in an industrial facility or establishment, with a fast-paced environment and the ability to work independently.

Language:

The language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The hours of work are 35 hours per week.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Education:

A college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required.
