About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our mechanical team in Edmonton. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of mechanical systems for complex projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project completion
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
  • Participate in business development and proposal preparation activities
Requirements
  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Currently registered as a Professional Engineer with APEGA or other Canadian Province or Territory
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven working knowledge with Revit and industry-specific software
  • Familiarity with applicable codes and standards, including the National Building Code, ASHRAE, and NFPA
