AutoCanada is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join their team at Rose City Ford in Windsor. As a licensed Service Technician (310S), you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through diagnostic procedures and accurate repair recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance work with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and OEM standards.
  • Communicate effectively with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production, cycle times, and customer communication.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections to recommend repairs, ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.
  • Document all work performed on the vehicle RO, following OEM standards.
  • Maintain an inventory of common automotive technician's tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes.
  • Provide an exceptional repair experience to drive customer loyalty and department revenue.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Service Technician 310S.
  • Red Seal Certification is an asset.
  • Experience with Recon and safety inspections.
  • Completion of a related post-secondary program and/or training courses.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving history.
