Job Overview

Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team in the role of Co-Op Student or Developmental Student. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an environment where you will contribute to OPG's public outreach, engagement, and education efforts as part of the company's commitment to growing its social license.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to OPG's public outreach, engagement, and education efforts
  • Work in a dynamic and results-driven environment
  • Develop skills and knowledge in a variety of areas, including electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and more
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve common goals
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time, post-secondary student in a recognized institution
  • Completed a minimum of 1st year in college or an undergraduate program at university
  • Minimum average of 70% cumulative GPA
  • Returning to full-time studies in the same program following the completion of the work term or co-op placement
  • For Skilled Trades only: Possess a valid G2 drivers license to support a high travel component associated with these positions
