About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Client Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Product and Service Knowledge - Stay up-to-date with our commercial banking products and services, and provide expert advice to clients on how to meet their business needs.
  • Team Collaboration - Work closely with our sales and product teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial banking, with a proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
  • Skills - Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
