About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1967200 Alberta Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks to ensure efficient store operations
    • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
    • Establish and maintain a positive work environment
  • Inventory and Merchandising
    • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
    • Organize and maintain a visually appealing store display
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
    • Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Store Operations
    • Establish and maintain work schedules to meet business needs
    • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient store operations
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Personal Qualities
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
