Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for increasing retail sales and executing client-driven merchandising strategies to meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet client and company objectives by maintaining full distribution on all authorized SKUs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Sell at store level "live orders" on multiple clients and achieve sales volume targets through promotional activities.
  • Maintain client objectives by ensuring accurate and complete tags, removing un-saleable or out-of-code product, and authorizing items to meet client shelf schematic standards.
  • Work with store management to execute projects and standards, and achieve client goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and make wholesaler sub-group headquarter calls, complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports, and spend time on administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage.
  • Mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision.
