Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at THE ROYAL CROWN PUB & GRILL. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide menu recommendations and make wine and cocktail suggestions.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to the correct table.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and other servers to ensure a smooth service.
    • Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
    • Stand for extended periods and move quickly and efficiently around the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly and efficiently around the restaurant.
    • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Reliability and flexibility.
