About the Role:
The Service Advisor at Midas Toronto 9916 plays a crucial role in the success of our shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, optimizing retail sales, and contributing to the overall profitability of the shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate Development and Presentation: Develop and present accurate estimates to customers, ensuring they understand the necessary repairs and services required for their vehicle.
- Parts Sourcing and Sales: Source parts and sell jobs to customers, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Customer Service and Communication: Deliver superior customer service, listening to and consulting with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to the effectiveness of peers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Retail Sales and Profitability: Increase and optimize retail sales, achieving or exceeding shop objectives and goals.

Requirements:
- General Automotive Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of automotive principles and practices.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
- Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving customer concerns.
- Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
