Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at I.LAC INVESTMENTS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 11-15 staff members, ensuring they meet performance expectations and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and costs are minimized.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, contributing to the growth of the restaurant's customer base.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 to 80 hours per week.
