Job Title: Mechatronics Validation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Validation Engineer to join our team at Expleo. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the validation of electronic modules, electrical systems, and embedded software.

Responsibilities:
  • Validate electronic modules, electrical systems, and embedded software against established standards and norms.
  • Support mechatronics project engineers in the verification and validation of technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain equipment and software needed for validation.
  • Assemble PCBs and test benches for validation.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 3-4 days per week on-site.
Qualifications:
  • Desired specialization: Mechatronics Engineer.
  • Autonomy and leadership: very autonomous.
  • Experience: 2 years or less.
  • Background: Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) dSPACE as a testing and simulation solution for various electrical and mechatronic systems in vehicles; experience in the automotive industry or similar.
  • Communication languages: French and English (spoken and written).
  • Required programming languages and software:
    • Knowledge of dSPACE validation tools.
    • Knowledge of agile software development management tools (JIRA, PTC).
    • Familiarity with Matlab Simulink environment.
    • Knowledge of communication protocols: CAN Bus, XCP, UDS, I2C, SPI, UDP, TCP.
    • Knowledge of Python programming language.
    • Knowledge of SQL databases.
