Job Title: Excellence Solutions Specialist
Reports to: Manager, SEA Network
Location: Mississauga
Contract Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:
As an Excellence Solutions Specialist at Roche, you will contribute to or lead various Centers of Excellence within the SEA Network, facilitating the attainment of business objectives through reliable and consistent partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
INNOVATION DISCOVERY & IMPLEMENTATION
Utilizing your technical expertise to recommend evidence-based enhancements that boost efficiency while balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders.
MANAGING STAKEHOLDER RELATIONS
Building and nurturing relationships to identify and develop solutions that add value to the business, while ensuring effective communication with our partners.
LEARNING & INFLUENCING
Sharing best practices and seeking opportunities for self-directed learning, actively participating in shaping the SEA Network's capabilities and evolving our role to better support the business.
RISK & COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT
Understanding Roche Policies & Procedures to act as a 'gatekeeper' between Legal, Compliance, and various stakeholders regarding contracting.
ADAPTABILITY & FLEXIBILITY
Embracing change and prioritization, adapting seamlessly to a dynamic work environment while managing ad hoc project requests and team initiatives.
UTILIZING TOOLS & NETWORKS
Becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the SEA Network, leveraging project management skills to expedite requests and tasks to meet Service Level Agreements.

Who You Are:
You are a talented and passionate individual who effectively utilizes your technical skills and aligns well with our collaborative, rigorous, and entrepreneurial spirit. You:
- Hold a 3-year degree, preferably in Business Administration.
- Possess a growth mindset and are eager to learn through experience.
- Have a strong working knowledge of Google Workspace - Docs, Sheets & Slides.
- Are motivated to make a difference and find excitement in innovating systems, tools, and processes.
- Exemplify a self-starter mentality, passionate about achieving successful outcomes through systems, tools, and teamwork.
- Adapt well to changing work demands and responsibilities, showcasing excellent organization and prioritization skills.
- Possess experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes in a compliant and auditable environment, which is considered an asset for this role.
This position is not eligible for relocation support and is open to applicants legally authorized to work in Canada.
