About the Role

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our client's team in Calgary, AB. Our client is a leading company in the oil and gas industry, and this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Work closely with the Project Manager, team members, and vendors to monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Organize stakeholder meetings and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Financial Management: Assist in budget allocation, accruals, and general inquiries as a liaison between the project team and financial functions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in IT or enterprise-wide system implementations.
  • Experience in project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced skills in SharePoint.
  • Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project or ServiceNow PPM.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience with RAID logs and status reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
