Program Director Job Description

The Program Director is a key leadership role at Camp Nutimik, responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the general program operations of the camp. This position plays a critical role in delivering the mission and vision of the camp, and requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop teams to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program strategies to achieve the camp's mission and vision
  • Lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality program operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including campers, volunteers, and staff
  • Ensure compliance with camp policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
