At ACCOUNTING AVENUE INC., we are seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements. Additionally, the Bookkeeping Specialist will post journal entries, prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports, and reconcile accounts. This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English. If you have a college diploma or CEGEP certificate, and 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, we encourage you to apply. You will have the opportunity to work with manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, and to maintain accurate financial records. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you.
