We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Representative with experience in inside sales, telemarketing, and lead generation who is not afraid to ask for business opportunities.

What You'll Be Selling

The concept of a clean and healthy work environment for our clients, based on a proactive and monitored monthly service. Our client base consists of commercial customers from various industries, including industrial plants, office buildings, medical and dental centers, hotels, schools, automotive dealerships, strata buildings, restaurants, financial institutions, trucking and freight forwarding companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing relationships with potential clients through communication and outreach efforts
  • Providing insights to potential clients and contractors on the services Pinnacle Building Services offers
  • Booking appointments for our sales department to provide quotes for janitorial services
  • Following up with leads and prospects
  • Researching and adding new businesses and prospects to our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Updating and maintaining accurate daily records of prospect contacts in our CRM
  • Providing weekly and monthly updates
  • Performing other tasks, assignments, and duties as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic, goal-driven, and self-motivated
  • Prospecting skills, both online and over the phone
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing, persistent, and comfortable communicating with clients
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Prior experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is an asset
  • Ability to work as a contributing member of our team
