Gurmya Group INC is seeking a skilled Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our menu and quality standards.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and customers.
- Order supplies and equipment, optimizing our kitchen's efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Manage kitchen operations, making informed decisions to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
- Standing for extended periods, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience an asset, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
