Customer Care Specialist in Collections

As a Customer Care Specialist in Collections, your role will involve proposing payment arrangements to clients, aiding them in achieving financial stability. Your contribution will significantly impact clients' lives through your ability to listen and empathize.
Compensation Overview
The starting salary is $23.50 per hour, with two scheduled salary increases anticipated within the first year. Additionally, we provide a tuition reimbursement program.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to build trust-based relationships
- Evaluate and interpret extensive information to accurately assess clients' financial circumstances
- Address clients' concerns and provide effective resolutions
- Develop tailored solutions that align with clients' financial realities
- Inform clients about their financial situations and emphasize the advantages of proposed solutions
Work Schedule
Our Client Contact Center operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The position requires full-time availability from Monday to Friday, specifically from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with initial training conducted during daytime hours.

Qualifications
