Position: Client Care Specialist

Location: Comox, BC

VCA Canada is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Care Specialist to enhance our client experience. This role is vital in ensuring that both our clients and their pets feel valued and supported during their visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere for pets and their owners.
  • Manage a multiline phone system efficiently, handling appointment scheduling and inquiries.
  • Oversee the admission and discharge processes for pet patients.
  • Process billing, create estimates, and handle payment transactions accurately.
  • Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
  • A background in Veterinary Assistance or Office Administration is advantageous.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception and common areas.
  • Exhibit a willingness to expand knowledge on veterinary services and assist the veterinary team with various tasks.
  • Show a genuine affection for all companion animals.
