Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Supervision: Work closely with the management team to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
