Landscape Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Technician to join our team at Webber. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the beauty and functionality of our landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair landscaping equipment, including ride-on mowers and tractor mower equipment.
  • Perform litter control and basic maintenance tasks in designated areas.
  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of mowing equipment and attachments.
  • Conduct basic small gas tool maintenance, including air filter replacement, blade sharpening, and carburetor cleaning.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid G Driver's license preferred, but not required (or ability to obtain by October 2024) to be eligible for winter contract.
  • Good driving record required to drive a company vehicle.
  • Minimum 1-year related experience preferred, but not necessary.
Work Environment:
  • Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
  • Work adjacent to high traffic volume highways.
  • Lift and/or move up to 60 lbs.
  • Be available for emergency response rotations as needed for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
