Assistant Property Management Partner

We are currently in search of a dedicated Assistant Property Management Partner to reside and operate at one of our residential properties. This role necessitates on-site living and involves working four weekdays each week, alternating weekends, and being available for on-call duties during some evenings.

This position requires collaboration with a partner and entails sharing a two-bedroom accommodation.

The Role

Realstar Management is a prominent residential property management firm with numerous properties across the country. Our locations are well-maintained, peaceful, and attract quality tenants who appreciate our exceptional service standards. Assistant Property Managers are vital to the effective management of our residential rental buildings.

Key Responsibilities of Assistant Property Managers

• Maintaining cleanliness in common areas (hallways, stairwells, elevators)

• Performing minor maintenance tasks

• Preparing units for incoming residents

• Delivering outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents

• Assisting with the leasing process

• Responding to on-call service requests

Requirements for Assistant Property Managers

• Experience in cleaning and maintenance

• Basic maintenance skills

• Strong customer service abilities

• Capacity to work effectively in a team setting

• Willingness to handle some on-call evening and weekend shifts
