Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Metro Vancouver Management & Consulting Services.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the HR function, providing strategic guidance and support to the organization, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations, and plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage contracts, training, and development strategies, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Advise senior management on HR-related matters, and respond to employee questions and complaints
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in HR management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
