Position Overview

Join our dynamic Food & Beverage team as a Beverage Service Associate, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to attendees during various events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and responsible beverage service to event attendees.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and regulations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with knowledge and friendliness.
  • Monitor and manage beverage inventory accurately.
  • Act as a representative of our organization and community.
  • Follow all service standards and health & safety protocols.
  • Comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with additional service or administrative tasks as needed.

Note: Beverage Service Associates engage with fans directly in their seating areas, offering a convenient way to purchase beverages during events.

Qualifications:
We recognize that not all candidates will meet every qualification listed. We encourage you to share any relevant experience in your application.

  • Valid certification in responsible alcohol service is required.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Experience in high-volume beverage service is preferred.
  • Ability to serve alcohol responsibly and manage service refusals when needed.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 35lbs and navigate stairs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manually calculate order totals.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
