We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 1332075 BC LTD. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures
You will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
Financial ManagementYou will be responsible for balancing cash, completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial management.
Performance ReviewsYou will conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Cost ManagementYou will be responsible for costing products and services to ensure accurate pricing and profitability.
Regulatory ComplianceYou will be responsible for enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
Inventory ManagementYou will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory to ensure efficient operations.
Health and SafetyYou will ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
Supplier NegotiationsYou will negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible deals.
Client NegotiationsYou will negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Marketing and ImplementationYou will participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the business.
Leadership and TrainingYou will lead and instruct individuals to ensure effective team management.
Customer ServiceYou will address customers' complaints or concerns to ensure excellent customer service.
Operations ManagementYou will plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient execution.
SupervisionYou will supervise a team of 16-20 people to ensure effective team management.
Security and SafetyYou will ensure that all necessary security and safety measures are in place to maintain a safe working environment.
Transportation and TravelYou will ensure that all necessary transportation and travel arrangements are made to facilitate business operations.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesYou will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
