Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Cameron Driver Education 2018 Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • HR Administration: Review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, notify applicants of results of selection process, and prepare job offers.
  • Employee Support: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, determine eligibility to entitlements, and arrange staff training.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Skills: MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, ability to multitask, adaptability, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees, recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster, and supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
  • Support for Youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth and offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
