About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Interior Health Authority. As a key member of our Information Management Information Technology (IMIT) team, you will be responsible for leading large, complex projects from concept to successful implementation and review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management, critical path management, and interdependencies.
  • Collaborate with directors, managers, and key partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead project teams and direct all activities related to the project, providing guidance and coaching to interest parties.
  • Develop and manage operational and capital budgets for assigned projects.
  • Facilitate open project practice communication and discussion with key business partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on large, complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement project management plans, including risk management and critical path management.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
