Procurement Specialist

Aerosports Trampoline Park is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement and Purchasing: Perform routine clerical duties, calculate costs of orders, and prepare purchase orders.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, verify stock availability, and prepare inventory costs and reports.
- Supplier Management: Obtain price quotations, resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers, and verify receipts and packing slips.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records, and review requisition orders for accuracy.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliable, and a team player.
