District Manager

As a District Manager at SalonCentric West, you will be responsible for leading a team of Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute district business plans to drive sales results and key performance indicators.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, while interacting with customers on the sales floor and observing selling behaviors.
- Drive customer loyalty and new customer recruitment by creating an inspiring and engaging customer experience.
- Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit to inspire out-of-the-box thinking and shop owner mentality to impact business results.
- Manage the business through effective use of sales and financial reports.
- Act as a liaison between the Store team and the Support Center to provide insights and feedback to enable sales growth and revenue-generating ideas.
- Progressive retail experience.
- Management experience.
- Multi-unit retail experience and/or equivalent sales volume management experience required.
