Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Old Farmhouse Kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure dishes are presented to the highest standard.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including front-of-house staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
