Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Light-weight Building Systems Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Complete reports and maintain accurate records of project progress and issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage labor and coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to clients and stakeholders as needed.
  • Motivate and lead construction teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Working Conditions:

The Construction Site Supervisor will work on construction sites, and may be required to travel to various locations as needed.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 32 hours per week.
