About the Role

Care24Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Assist with the cleaning, sterilizing, setting up, and assembling of medical equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, to monitor their health and well-being.
  • Make beds and maintain patients' rooms to ensure a comfortable and clean living space.
  • Transport patients in a wheelchair or stretcher, prioritizing their safety and comfort.
  • Respond to call signals to determine patients' needs and provide timely assistance.
  • Collect specimens and maintain accurate records to support patient care.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses: First Aid Certificate.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and ability to work 40 hours per week.
