Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2402309 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 3-4 staff members who prepare and portion food.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
