Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos (Maple Ridge). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
