Accounting Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at Mobil/Mavs Convenience. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.
- Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Skills: Accurate, organized, reliable, and ability to work independently.
